Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not sent more than 3 interests or used the chat feature under the paid plan.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for plans that have been substantially used, for accounts suspended due to a Terms & Conditions violation, or after the 7-day window has passed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email gsr005552@gmail.com with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of your current plan — it remains active until its expiry date.
